I’m a Certified Financial Planner with nearly 20 years of experience, advising and leading. My journey is driven by a passion for coaching and mentoring fellow advisors, particularly female advisors, to cultivate successful practices that meet the growing demand for comprehensive financial planning.
Early in my career, I worked with a major financial institution. While I gained invaluable experience, I realized that key aspects of the financial planning process were missing. This realization led me to develop my own approach, aiming to elevate the financial planning experience through education and empowerment. My goal is to bring a next-level, comprehensive experience to the financial planning process, focusing on a holistic approach that truly benefits my clients.
My journey has been marked by challenges that have shaped my resilience and fueled my passion. Each experience has become a story that motivates me, even if I can’t always share the details. This personal journey allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level, using the lessons I’ve learned to provide them with a unique and empathetic financial planning experience. My clients include successful families, female business owners and executives, pre-retirees, and retirees. My key attributes are resilience, grit, passion, and perseverance. I firmly believe that “you can’t lose if you don’t quit.”
Behavioral coaching is a cornerstone of my advisory experience, and I’ve honed this skill over the years. Understanding an individual’s or family’s “money origin story” and mindset is crucial, as these aspects significantly impact financial success. Knowing my clients’ values, dreams, fears, and goals is more important than simply focusing on numbers.
