From Passion to Purpose… My Holistic Journey
I am Gina Salerno, the proud owner of Healthy Solutions, a cherished health store and holistic hub that has been a cornerstone of our community in historic downtown St. Albert for over 22 years. My journey is fueled by a deep passion for creating a nurturing environment where clients, practitioners, and staff feel empowered and supported.
At Healthy Solutions, we offer a wide range of services, including massage therapy, Jin Shin Do, Reiki, sports massage therapy, reflexology, herbal supplements, and more—all aimed at promoting holistic well-being. We have cultivated a sanctuary where individuals find solace, healing, and renewed vitality, with a strong emphasis on prioritizing the uniqueness of each client.
Reflecting on my entrepreneurial path, I have learned the importance of following one’s passion and seeking guidance when needed. Starting and growing a business presents challenges. Staying true to my vision and heeding advice from the staff who deal with our customers daily, along with business specialists, has helped me overcome obstacles and build a haven for wellness. I am incredibly grateful for the support of our loyal clients, community, dedicated team, and loved ones.
Beyond my dedication to wellness, I find joy in creative pursuits such as hair design in the salon I also work at, Alta Moda Design Group. This work allows me to blend artistry and, with the use of natural products, holistic health for that desired beauty inside and out. I love my work as a hairstylist and the relationships I’ve developed with my clients over the years working at Alta Moda.
In the moments away from Healthy Solutions and Alta Moda, I further indulge my artistic side by designing whimsical greeting cards. This creative outlet not only nourishes my soul but also enhances my ability to connect with others on a personal level, adding a touch of warmth with every interaction.
Looking forward, I am focused on expanding Healthy Solutions and enhancing the customer experience, which is driven by my genuine desire to serve others and make a positive impact on their well-being.
