Women are especially vulnerable. We work full-time while juggling our families and managing the household. Many of us also care for our aging parents. Between the constant demands of our careers, families, relationships, and responsibilities, there’s not much time left for ourselves.
I know—because I’ve been there. Like so many, I was convinced those signs of burnout would disappear if I ignored them. Then I discovered Yoga. It became my sanctuary. It was a gentle yet powerful tool that helped me navigate my toughest times, energizing and fueling my commitment to strengthening my relationships with myself and others.
That transformation is why I became a certified Yoga instructor.
My powerful, engaging workshops—at home and at work—help others nurture their relationships with themselves. To believe in themselves, build on that, and discover a beautiful balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually. To clear the mind, energize, and increase productivity.
I focus on trauma-informed yoga to empower others to discover its healing power. Unlike traditional yoga, this gentle practice of mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation helps release tension stored in the body, fostering a sense of inner peace.
One of its most empowering aspects is the emphasis on safety and choice. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and modify poses to suit your comfort level. It helps you regain a sense of control and empowerment and heal from stress and trauma. These practices enable you to reconnect with your body, release stored trauma, and cultivate self-compassion.
Acknowledging the need for change is essential—our physical and mental health will ultimately force it upon us.
