After 15 fulfilling years as a registered emergency nurse, I found myself yearning for a new adventure, something that would ignite my passion and fit around my family’s needs. Organizing spaces has always been more than just a task for me; it’s been a calling. Starting Elle Organizing allowed me to channel this passion into a business that lets me prioritize my family while doing what I love.
At Elle Organizing, we specialize in helping individuals reclaim their spaces and find peace amidst the chaos. Whether it’s decluttering a home, organizing an office, or assisting with downsizing, we’re here to lend a helping hand. A home is more than a physical space; it’s a sanctuary. Our goal is to help clients fall in love with their space again by tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
A significant part of our work involves helping seniors transition and downsize for the last chapter of their lives. I cherish the time spent with them, listening to their stories and learning from their rich life experiences. This work is not just about organizing; it’s about honoring their lives and easing their transitions with respect and care.
Today, my family plays a significant role in the business. My husband is a silent investor, my daughters assist with organizing and social media, and my parents help with the books and large projects. In five years, I envision Elle Organizing as a thriving enterprise with a team of lead organizers and assistants. In ten years, I hope to pass the reins to my daughter, allowing her to enjoy the flexibility and fulfillment that comes with running a family business.
Running Elle Organizing has taught me invaluable lessons in delegation, communication, and the importance of aligning with the right partners. I never compromise on the quality of my work—it’s crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and a stellar brand reputation. My mission is to ensure every client feels the profound impact of a beautifully organized space, transforming their house back into a home they love.
