Program Overview
Her-conomy is a 6-week program designed to build an inclusive world without borders for women in Alberta and Western Canada. This is achieved through capacity-building training in leadership support and social empowerment for women entrepreneurs, leaders, and advocates. The program fosters an empowering community where women of diverse backgrounds, life experiences, and demographics can connect and thrive. It provides them with fair advantages, enabling them to strengthen each other and grow into exceptional leaders. The HER-conomy Initiative Program is specifically developed to bridge communication gaps and up-skill the women’s community in Alberta, there by creating equitable economic opportunities.
Program Delivery
Her-conomy will be delivered via interactive presentations and class activities, led by seasoned entrepreneurs and instructors, in a virtual format.
