After almost a decade of being known as the entrepreneur’s lawyer in Nigeria, my husband and I decided to take advantage of the opportunities afforded in Canada, and I was fortunate to join Donna Purcell QC Law as the Calgary Managing Lawyer.

Earlier in my career, I discovered that most entrepreneurs were unaware of the legal intricacies of running a business and were making mistakes that could ruin their businesses. My passion for delivering innovative legal solutions to entrepreneurs led me to focus on business law and intellectual property protection.

Aside from being a business lawyer, I help protect people’s financial assets by providing estate planning advice and ensuring that their family members are well provided for when they pass on. This is done by preparing their Will, Power of Attorney, and Personal Directive.
